(1) Section 9A. If the person who commits the above crime is a non-Nepali citizen and the country where the crime is committed against the aircraft in its territory or against the registered aircraft requests the extradition of such person, the Government of Nepal can extradite such person regardless of what is written in the Extradition Act, 2070. And in the event that such person is not delivered, a case will be initiated in the court of Nepal to punish such person.
(2) Section 9A regarding delivery. Any crime under this shall not be considered a political crime, regardless of the motive committed by any person of any status.
